About Mary Bloser
Why I Coach

Simply put, I enjoy people and believe in their capacity to learn and grow. I know what it’s like to face challenges in adolescence, young adulthood, and in parenting. Something that I have learned over the years is that finding the right information and support can make all the difference. This inspires me to coach as a way to be a bright light in the lives of others. My coaching style is warm, authentic, open-minded, non-judgmental, down to earth, and caring. I can be lighthearted or serious and deep.

My Qualifications

I bring ample life experience and advanced education and training to inform my coaching. I worked as a clinical social worker for 20 years and have pursued advanced coach training to become a Certified Neurotransformational Coach and a Certified Youth Well-Being Coach. This training has given me a deep understanding of adolescent brain development and of the neuroscience of human development. Additionally, I have attended multiple SENG (Supporting the Emotional Needs of the Gifted) conferences and have taken multiple webinars on the topics of Giftedness and Neurodiversity over the past several years. Through this education and my own life experiences, I have become quite knowledgeable about what it means to be neurodivergent and to live in a neurodiverse family in a world that is designed for neurotypical people.
